The app has never worked. Raised the issue with Telstra and all I get is a weekly sms stating they are working on a fix. This has been going on since September 2017, 6 months and counting
The only problem I've ever had is it sometimes takes a while to open. I'm guessing its due to poor reception or its overloaded with users but other than that its pretty handy & keeps you up to date with yr credit status
DANGER: I over paid my account and do you think I can get my money back in the same time I pay my bill, NO. Do not use Telstra Services as giving back your money is in there time. Please Note: I'm still waiting for my money ($300) to be returned to me. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED...
Works well and looks good, only issue is that the "My Plan" tab says my account is suspended when it definitely isn't, i called about this issue and told it's a bug and to disregard, it's been like that for about 2 months that I know of.
"Technical difficulties try again later" yet again again again again again. Telstra if you can't make a simple app reliable what chance have I got getting a reliable phone internet service.
Has been having "technical difficulties" for about the last 12 months glad i dont rely on it to se my account balance...... oh wait i do 😠
