Disappointed need help, don't want to give up this application. I like the app, so. I purchased the paid version & it was working wonderful. Now it want let me record anything! I don't know who to contact to ask about the issue. So if some can can direct me to the developer I would really appreciate it. Thanks in advance.
Most calls do not get recorded. Pro version for ten bucks is just as BAD as the free version. Don't buy it unless its for fun. Very unreliable. The most important, and usually the lengthiest conversations rarely can playback. Replay is mostly silence. Very rare to work right. Tech support has been no help.
Isnt working I putchased the pro addition right off because my business partner shared important conference calls with this app. I cant get mine to work! Help!!
Must call another number first?! You cannot tape incoming calls and i bought the 9.99 app pro version to get more than a few seconds recorded and you have to call another number first then conference the call over. Want refund!!!!
Isn't working I bought the pro version for class, and when I did a test call, I played it back and got no sound at all...it's just a minute of nothing. I've tried both ways of recording: Calling the app and then person, and vise-versa. I need to conduct interviews today, and this is very disappointing
GREAT APP I have the pro version and it's been extremely reliable. I'm using the ZTE Zmax phone with Metro PCS as my carrier. Once I downloaded it, I went into the settings and turned off that beep tone. If you don't do that, the person on the other end will know you're recording the call so, be sure to turn the beep tone off in the APPS settings. It records INCOMING as well as OUTGOING. And the recording times are unlimited(example...1 second to 24 hours). For those who are having problems with the APP check carrier
