Search profile option wont shows proper results, search results are totally different from web and app. In app it shows fixed results, what ever filters you apply. We cannot view all the profiles at all, after removing filters also. Worst app
App is good. But customer service is really horrible. I called to toll-free number for payment related enquiry. I got in response all executives are busy which happens usually. Later I got a call from Chennai landline number, the lady executive on the other side told how she can assist me and enquired about profile, package interested. I told classic package I'll take for now but she was not willing to explain that package and she told me sir please wait we'll let you know about the offer and kept me on hold 5minutes and then disconnected. I don't require any apologies etc from Bharath matrimony. Just on thing I would like to say "Value your customer". And correct your staff b y training minimal ethics how to deal with customers.
The customer service people use to send match suggestions and call daily till my parents deposited money. From there on..no suggestions, no calls either. This shows how crooked the matrimony site got tunred up.
Updated version is not nice There was a problem that it was not showing viewed profiles properly ....
