Ratings and reviews

The service does what it says on the box. I use it for voicemail, outdial, and receiving SMS and it all works fine with a single virtual number. The app is underwhelming, with an interface that feels slow and clunky despite it not doing very much, e.g. the virtual number settings is just a webpage wrapped in the app, which makes navigating some settings worse. There's not much to say about the app other than it gives you notifications for SMS/voicemail, and it makes outdial a little easier.

I'm a USA expat living in Australia, and this service honestly changed my life. It's fantastic being able to keep my old number for so cheap, while still using it to call and text just like before. One thing I'd like to see added is an option for copying the text of past SMS. General improvements to SMS would also be appreciated - for example copying, pasting, and scrubbing within the current message while typing an SMS on your Android app is pretty glitchy at the moment.

It definitely works, most of the time. The UI is definitely outdated and there are inconsistencies with receiving messages from some short-sms numbers, but largely it can send and receive calls and texts. I have yet to encounter a scenario that the app can't handle, but some user ingenuity is occasionally necessary.
