The app is okay. I'm paying for the subscription so I wish it could be better. I love the shows, seamless transition to the next episode. It's super easy to binge and that is nice. HOWEVER, it is sometimes difficult to search for shows. I also can't seem to click something without it auto playing the video when I just wanted some more info. I can be watching something and maybe I just want to browse other shows to see if I will watch it, the show I WAS watching will stop and this one pops up.

App works through phone only. I was excited upon learning that the app is available in Roku that I literally bought a Roku on the same day. However, there's no way to log in to the app in Roku, the verification code does not arrive at all. I tried signing up in a different email, and also through a phone number, both times, I have not received the verification code. I hope this can be fixed soon and that there is a QR code for logging in available - this is the only way I could sign in.

I do like the selection of videos but of all the video watching apps I have (iqiyi, Netflix, Viki, youku, Hulu, disney, etc.)but this app consistantly performs the worst. It has a hard time connecting and it keeps giving me the slow or no internet message. I would then test all the other apps and they would stream just fine with no delay. sometimes restarting the tencent app helps (after few tries) and sometimes it doesn't. Also, even with VIP pass, I see way too many forced adds. not happy.
