CALCULATES ANY OF THESE MORTGAGE TERMS: Monthly Payment, Loan Amount, Term of Loan, Annual Interest Rate, Purchase Price of House, Down Payment, Adjustable Rate Mortgage (ARM) Payments, Ownership Expenses, Payoff Date, Effective Interest Rate, Total Monthly Payment, Total Interest Paid, Total Cost of Loan.

AMORTIZATION: Payment schedule is shown as a chart and a table with each row showing the payment date, amount, portions applied to the interest and to the principal, cumulative interest, and remaining unpaid loan balance.

EXTRA PAYMENTS: You can enter as many extra payments as you want with varying frequencies from monthly to annually to one-time payments. See how much interest you would save and how much earlier you would pay off the loan with additional payments.

EASY TO USE: Calculations are done live as you type and all data is automatically saved, so no need for "calculate" and "save" buttons.

CARD VIEW: View and compare saved loan calculations at a glance in the card layout.
