Wobbly mobile app betrays great desktop experience. Nice UI, but key usability problems that make it effectively read-only: - No landscape mode (at least on Galaxy Tab A)--can't work w/ external keyboard - "Field empty" error when adding updates or changing status when all fields are filled prevents ticket updates.
Stop bugging me I had previously given 5 stars, but the app will not stop bugging me for a rating (even after I already rated it)... 1-star is what you get for this intrusive nagging. Fix it to get your stars back...
Can't see related tickets The app is good so far, but due to that I'm not able to see any related tickets to other open issues, the app is almost useless.
Push too late and only works on weekends Push notification is useless. I get them so late that I had to use our original help desk email system. Apparently, this app only works on the weekends. I get very few notification on new tickets or replies in the weekdays but it blows up my phone in the weekends.
Works well Can't seem to change ticket category from app. Also would be good to be able to access knowledge base from app.
Needs work and more options Need more options, like being able to merge tickets etc. Overall, not too bad.
