Lots of good features (when they work). There's nothing better than using the lock/unlock feature on your card and then it never unlocks....hours go by and customer service can't unlock it, now it's been multiple days. I now have to write a check to myself, cash it at the ITM and then can't pay any bills online until they fix my card. I'll be looking for another bank for my primary needs. Tvfcu can't keep up with the latest tech features that other banks offer.

It's mostly fine, but it's prompting me that a new version is available every time I start the app, while in fact there isn't. When I go to the Google Play store it shows that it's up to date, but that I have other devices on which the app could be installed. Which I don't want to do. Would be nice to have that glitch fixed. Update 11/1/2024: Still not fixed one year later. This is on a Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra on the latest updates.

App worked great for 2 weeks. Now over the past week I can't even sign in. I get system not responding with frowning face. I have an almost new Samsung A53 . My wife's cheap Samsung will sign Right in. It really getting frustrating after a week. I deposit my business checks through the app. Obviously there is a major issue after reading all the reviews. Of course I've called Customer service 3 times and they tell me it should be working.
