Worst customer care ever. Bought 2 kids lenosed Tab within a month charging system was damaged and was charging them myself . It had 1 year warranty and i emailed them and they replied after a month telling they coming to fetch it but until now no one came or bothered to contact me. This is the worst service ever and i will never buy anything here

Good concept, poor delivery. Still waiting for things to be delivered which were meant to be delivered between 1-3 days. no response from customer service regarding delivery date

I give them 1 star because there is no option for 0 stars. I ordered(order number NUXZOEBMS) in Jan and received just the laptop(Lenovo Core i5) with no accessories that were part of the order(laptop bag, headphones and optical mouse).There was a printed bond paper with a message that the remaining items will be delivered mid Feb 2021.Upto now (mid Mar 2021)there is no communication on the status of the remaining items.As if that is not enough, the laptop worked for 1 week and stopped charging
