Can't get phone Pixel 2 to work with the NFC. I get the message: Problem writing the tag. Incorrect code. Customer Service though has been wonderful with very quick responses!

The app worked fantastically on my note 10plus but after upgrading to the note 20 ultra i can not get it to even open thus making my wifi porter useless. This app is horrible if it wont open the wifi porter is useless

Cannot reset my porter to factory settings. The app freezes on the second scan.
