I wonder if this app is right to be on this app store. I intended on using this app as my primary savings but thank God I didn't yet. I sent a minute amount into the app to test-run it over a month back. I tried withdrawing today and the transfer button is just unresponsive. It wouldn't click. If this can be rectified, it would be nice. If not, I fear this could lead to bankrun due to ongoing customer experience.

There is need to improve on your app, it's just not friendly! When I opened my account, I wasn't asked to pick a pin, now to carry out transaction, I'm asked for a pin; I wasn't told to pick! Also, when chatting with customers'agent, any refresh on the app, will delete the whole conversation. Lastly, your charges for Cable & Electricity payment is just too high! If no changes are made, I will close my account and just stick to other fintech.

This is giving me an issues since I was paid into this app I haven't been able to withdraw my money like serious this app is not friendly at all,all my money is saying pending,and again I was debited and it has not been reversed. Pls they should do something about it pls.
