The Ternio Switch is designed to operate as inContact’s Agent Console on your mobile device.
You will need a Ternio Switch and an inContact Business Unit account to start your Ternio experience.
The app will increase efficiency and ease-of-use for any company that has remote agents, agents in the field, or any agent that would benefit from quickly accessing and controlling their available status from a mobile device.

HOW IT WORKS
Agent simply opens the Ternio app on their mobile device. Once logged in, the agent controls their available status on the go. They can switch from “Off Duty” to any specific state that the company admin has setup. The app auto populates the codes directly from the company’s inContact Business Unit.
When the agent is in an “Available” state, they are set to receive calls. Agents can now make outbound calls, agent to agent consults, place skill based calls, and set Dispositions.
Outbound Calling- includes agent to agent consults, skill based calls, and direct outbound dialing.
Dispositions- agents can now add dispositions using the Switch.
Timer- ability to track the duration the agent is logged into each code.
