I have used this app for many years to do my shopping and I absolutely love it! Even my 4 year old daughter likes to do the shopping with me using the app. Very easy to use and I like the fact I can see what I order regularly and add these items to my basket quickly. I have had the odd server error at times but it hasn't caused me any major problems. My order is always correct and delivered when expected. Highly recommend!
I used to be an Asda customer but due to their awful service, I swapped to Tesco. I'm disabled and wheelchair bound, so require assistance in getting my shopping. The app is fairly faultless and so easy to use, even a child could use it. Their overall service is exemplary and a huge benefit amount of help in my life.
I love this app, it makes life easier when you need to quickly add an item or two when you remember and you're out and about. The only feature that is missing is the availability to add/remove an item on your saved shopping lists, I have to go on-line to do that which is a pain.
Not always reliable. Buffers a lot. Cannot put more than one card on for payment etc a bankcard and a credit card. Sometimes there are difficulties at the checkout and you cannot complete your order. On the positive side, it easy to negotiate and it is handy having your favourites together
Love the app. Usually very reliable but lately the browse facility has not been calibrated making shopping very frustrating! I am a regular user and am used to the layout but there is potential to lose new and old customers alike when this problem occurs.
Slow,frequently stops working resulting in shopping elsewhere. Only plus is you don't have to deal with in store rude,ignorant staff members. The delivery drivers always seen to be lovely!
