Ratings and reviews

Updating too frequently. The app works fine, however it requires installing updates every few weeks if not more often. Having apps from other stores I find it very strange, especially because with each updating, it consumes further 18 MB of storage space. It might seem litlle, but considering the frequency of downloaded updates, it adds up to quite a lot in a space of months. Tesco has to work on this to improve it.

Basically, it's a good way to order groceries, but there are a number of areas that need improving. The "search" facility can be poor where their view or description seems at odds with what is typed in. It has a nasty habit of "resorting" the list, so you lose track of what you have added or deleted. It allows you to shop by favourites, denoted by a blue heart symbol, but then does not list all the items with blue hearts. to see how often you need to buy an item so it becomes a favourite

I find ordering through this app now that the changes have been made much quicker and easier to use. It is, however, sometimes difficult to find an item if you search for it. You have to use the precise wording, it would be easier if the app could recognise the items by a description. One item eg is gala pie, which is a slice of pork pie with an egg in the middle. You usually have it in store but I cannot find it On line. Thank you for your time.
