I have used Nova since my very first Android device in 2014. I would say my experience has been 99% positive. One of the most difficult things i have been experiencing is the app's default behavior to shrink the screen as you move icons around the screen. It has become a near impossible task to drop icons into groups. It will take me anywhere from 5 to 10 minutes to drop the icon into the desired group. This is no longer an easy task for those wire dexterity deficiencies. Not every user is young

Used to be the best launcher, been using it for over a decade, but now its become hot unstable trash. Hard crashes on device start up and requires a reboot, so device is stuck being unusable till it manages to boot without crashing long enough to open settings to change the launcher. Either install an old version and never update, or find a different launcher. Its amazing how quickly the best apps turn into junk shortly after being bought out. The new company doesn't even wait before ruining it.

The launcher itself is good, and I've been using it for years. I had already paid for the prime version, and carried it across various new devices over the years. Until now. Upon setting up my latest new phone I was prompted to pay £3.99 for a new licence. Tried uninstalling from my previous device, but that didn't work. Contacted support, twice, got no response. I've ended up paying again because I didn't really have a choice, but I'm pretty livid about it.
