I have used Nova since my very first Android device in 2014. I would say my experience has been 99% positive. One of the most difficult things i have been experiencing is the app's default behavior to shrink the screen as you move icons around the screen. It has become a near impossible task to drop icons into groups. It will take me anywhere from 5 to 10 minutes to drop the icon into the desired group. This is no longer an easy task for those wire dexterity deficiencies. Not every user is young

Nova is still the ultimate best launcher in all I've tried (20+). I've been using the prime option for 3 years+ now with no issues until recently. Seems updates are not automatic. So for those complaining about the bug in the search bar, do the following: In the drawer, press the 3 dots for Settings > Check which version you have > If it's not Nova Prime 81006 (8.1.6) > Click on "Tap to see the current changelog and to check for updates" > Update to 8 1.6. That fixed the crash issue for me.

The launcher itself is good, and I've been using it for years. I had already paid for the prime version, and carried it across various new devices over the years. Until now. Upon setting up my latest new phone I was prompted to pay £3.99 for a new licence. Tried uninstalling from my previous device, but that didn't work. Contacted support, twice, got no response. I've ended up paying again because I didn't really have a choice, but I'm pretty livid about it.
