Something bad happened with your app. I'm trying to hand over control to another driver, but when I click on my link, he gets an error and doesn't add a car. I've tried passing multiple profiles on and everyone has the same error, even though our versions match. When I reached out to Tesla support with this problem and a screenshot of the error, they denied me help, told me it was not in their competence.

I like the constant oversight and the ability to access most of the info that's on the car's main screen. I don't think I could have an EV without most of this capability. I was reminded to submit this review when the car's charging system saw a voltage drop and alerted me. That's the info you need to remain confident in the vehicle parked out of sight.

it didn't load the sign in page after installing. I press log in and it doesn't do anything. I can't get to the log in part where to put my username and password. The app has been frustrating in many ways and even told me a couple of months back I had an appointment for a technician scheduled, waited two weeks, l waited the entire day and no one arrived, and no way to contact anyone about it. Had to use AI to find a phone number to call and had to trick the system pretending I was a new buyer
