Something changed with the app in the last 48 hrs....it gets stuck in the loading phase for hours. once it does load it has incorrect info (e.g., wrong battery charge amount, wrong lock status) despite not stating the car hasn't been seen for X minutes. Also, if you change one of the settings or try to unlock the car it fails. Internet connection is strong for both the car and phone. App and car have all updates. A phone restart fixed the issue which only impacted the Tesla app

I'll start with the only downside, that I can't see sentry clips from my phone. I have the plan to see them but I get the eternal spinning circle. That flaw only knocks it down one star though. I've found the rest very convenient and reliable: scheduled pre-conditioning, walk-away lock (the unlock on approach is a bit more spotty), remote start, charging stats and scheduling, real-time location. Overall I'm very impressed with the app.

For accounts with more than one Tesla, separate supercharging payment methods are needed for each vehicle. It would be useful to have the option to override the payment method when supercharging if you need to separate business and personal expenses. Other than adding more payment options, the Tesla app and continual improvements are great!
