It's a great program in general. I'm dinging it 3 stars for three issues: 1) the section on comprehension questions is great! Except there are some sort of white boxes over the sample text making it unreadable, which means you can't answer the practice problems. 2) I subscribed to the app hoping it would "fix" it. It didn't. That's when I discovered the app contains no way to unsubscribe without calling company (as far as I can tell.) 3) They don't answer their help chat.

This app is well structured for the Arithmetic portion. One big issue is with specific questions not giving sufficient information for the question asked, or having diagrams be different than what the question states. For example, in one drill section, it gives you the area of a circle and requests you to figured out the perimeter of the area of a sector within the circle. It is simple enough to figure out the radius, but in the question, it doesn't provide the angle (but does in the explanation). Thus, there is no way to actually get the answer with the information given. This isn't the first time this kind of issue has come up, either. Fixing small details like this within the specific questions would go a long way to avoid wasted time and provide a more professional study environment. I am appreciating the comprehensiveness of the app and the organized learning material. I've mostly used the app for the quantitative portion, so I don't have much of a review on the other portions, except I wish there was a way to input answers on the flashcards, instead of just acknowledging if I know them, or not. I like the structure of something like Quizlet as you are able to type in answers, do multiple choice, etc., instead of just having cards in hand (though this would be a good place to pull words from to memorize).

The app doesn't specify that this is a subscription and will auto bill you. They have terrible customer service. This is the only one of their apps that doesn't allow you to login to the website. There is no way to cancel or change your payment method inside the app. I have called several times to try and cancel and have only been told that they can take a message for billing. Still trying to cancel...
