Ratings and reviews

It will not let me increase my spending limit when I need to make a large purchase. It should have at least an index where I could troubleshoot my problems or ask a question, and it leads me in the right direction.

Update is terrible. Just entering a pin was great. Now it wants you to set up all these locks. Not everyone keeps their phones locked. A pin is great or password. Having to jump through hoops is not.

The only change since the update is that there is no place to log out, from 2-12-26 update. Seems like a security issue to me.
