App is very easy to follow for all transactions for this analog minded 80 year old. Thank you

So far this app is so well designed. The user interface is exceptional. there are little things that I would change or put in as a suggestion for change, but otherwise it is basically the perfect app. It does everything I need to. but if I can add one little suggestion, make it possible to custom name your external accounts.

Every has to go to there internal team. My account was disabled. Be/cause of biometrics. I call customerc service tell them what's going on. We have forward all your info to internal team. We cannot do anything to your account. Simple fix know I'm waiting for then to call me. Everything is fraud to this bank. Just on new years eve I sent one hundred dollars to my account the internal team shut it down had wait 3 day I'm closing my account with that bank asap. You can only close it though app.
