First app where I want to gouge out my eyes from frustration. I can't pay my loan, setting up an external account to transfer funds to TFCU account has been frustrating. After setting up, it says I'm not able to do it. I had set up automatic payments, but lo and behold, it did not pay. I've tried reaching out via Email a few times already since I'm out in the field a lot and I don't get service on my phone, there's no response. I call to pay, they send me to the drive thru but I can't cuz field.

This app is out dated. It has like 2 sections for a credit card which is very confusing. one I guess will only show the payments made the other one shows what's due but wont show me any of my transactions which is terrible. do I have to wait till my statements come to make sure things are getting charge correctly. when will this app be more modern? you guys already have chip cards but a very basic out dated app.

Uninstalled and reinstalled with no help. Went to Login>settings>personal device>current device and flipped biometric to on. Logged out, then logged back in. Biometric is definitely not working 😞 Sad. It was a convenient feature. Please re-enable it.
