Ratings and reviews

Very poorly thought out service and app in my experience. One of the programs I interviewed with used this service for scheduling and conducting the interviews, and the connection was so poor that they ultimately switched to another virtual meeting service after faculty introductions. I was then waitlisted to a different program, and the notifications I received from the app were late, inconsistent, or not at all. It increased my anxiety and wasted a lot of my time hunting for that opening.

Terrible app. Constantly logs me out while using the app. Can take several minutes to load the log on screen on opening. Most frustrating is the waitlist system. The app does not enter users into a queue - automatically filling from the waitlist queue when a spot opens. Instead, the platform emails everyone on the waitlist and whoever is luckiest gets the singular open spot. This makes for a miserable scheduling experience. PDs, please steer away from this scheduling platform.

So frustrating it absolutely will not load anything. Won't let me log on, will automatically go to a calendar that won't load and when I try to log on, it'll continually load. I've tried everything for troubleshooting and nothing has helped. The absolute worst app, would never use it unless I had to
