Rip off ticket sales. By default a day return is sold as two singles, not a return, and that's around 25% more expensive than you need to pay. No data validation on whether the fare a customer is buying makes sense. Great for TL profit, bad for your pocket. Poor at delay repay refunds - you select your ticket and take the option for delay repay. You still have to enter all ticket info and provide a screenshot, ie the app doesn't use the data it has. Also fails on submission with error unknown.

Booked a monthly ticket for the wrong start date, wrong month, pressed a button on the app to get a refund that will be £5 admin fee, why? who's doing the admin. Why can't I just change the date in the app.
