The app never works! It says you can buy monthly ticket and load it on to your Go key card in 15 minutes. But it never works! Every time I try this to save time queuing at the ticket office to renew my monthly travel card to work. It failed to load my money ticket and I get charged twice as I also have to buy a single ticket to get my train on time! And then sometimes it never loads the monthly ticket and when I ask for a refund. They said I have to pay a £10 cancellation fee!!!!

most of the time the app works well. when it comes to season tickets if you have a S-ticket there is not an option to update the photograph. on the journey alerts it would be helpful if you could select certain routes. when you create the alert, having a via or not via option would be so helpful. 95% of the time the delay reply function works brilliantly but on that 5% its a complete nightmare. when it does not recognise the journey you have made and all you get no help from customer service

It's bad enough being stuck on a train in a tunnel for several hours, but when I go to make a delay repay claim in the app, it completely forgets all details of the eTicket, requireing me not only add the ticket number and price, but also a screenshot of the eTicket (all of this is in the app, why do I have to this). Then it fails at the very end with an "unknown error"
