Several others have already made this observation. The app does not recognize you as an existing member. It is asking for all the information (particularly credit card info) that already exist. Isn't there a way to just log into one's existing account? Also, the location function needs to be fixed. I put in my Zip with not results. I entered my town and the location appeared. I know it's new, but hopefully the feedback is given serious consideration.

It's easy to place an order from the app, BUT it doesn't let you preview what the decoration would look like, so ultimately I decided not to spend the extra money on individual cakes as the decoration and ribbon and such that I wanted to add wasn't available to view, so I had no idea what it may look like. If you're trying to give someone something special, you don't want to "hope" this $80 cake comes out correct, ya know?

I had a wonderful experience ordering from Nothing Bundt Cakes for my daughter’s birthday! The app was incredibly user-friendly and made placing my order a breeze. I loved the flexibility of choosing to pick up the cake immediately or at a later time that worked for me. Their wide variety of cakes for different occasions really stood out, and the selection of accessories added a special touch to the celebration. Overall, the entire process was seamless. Their cakes are delicious!
