I'm not sure if it's just me experiencing this on my phone (and I have a pretty decent phone), but the options at the bottom of the app pages aren't easily clickable. It's so close to the edge of the screen that I have a hard time clicking my selection. This has happened with every online in-app order. Also, my pick up time for my order was confirmed in such a manner where I thought my order was actually placed, but it wasn't. Others had the same issue. But, the cakes are AMAZING!

Signed up on PC. First time log in to app, it said my Internet connection was too slow and I'm on fast Wi-Fi. Tried again and got an email link that seemed to log me in but took me to a blank profile info screen where I had to re-enter my name, phone. etc. even though that was already done on PC. Prompts to download the app INSIDE THE APP I'M ALREADY USING. No discounts, no BOGO, you need 400 points to get anything. That's $40. Nope. Prompts to sign up email which I'd already done twice.

App isn't good- no descriptions of the cakes and worse, you can't use gift cards for purchases. What's the point of gift cards if you can only use them in-store? So now instead, I have to pay out-of-pocket because I need to pay ahead of time. Very inefficient and backwards way of operating. So I guess that's more of a business operations and procedures problem than an app problem.
