Ratings and reviews

App is easy enough to use. Made my selections and was ready to check out only to find there is a $3 'Service Fee' for ordering online. Seriously? Charging users for the privilege of doing the work of placing their order and paying themselves! You can't make this stuff up. Can you say 'cart abandoned' and sale lost.

so this app will not allow me to add my new card number from the same place and nothing changed but the card Info because I had misplaced my other card. I had to call in my order & specifically asked if they would be able to add my points & they said yes. so I got my order went to the app to see if my points were ever added & nothing. I still cant add my card and I am supposed to have $25 off a big bundt and can't do it. Of course because it's almost a free cake. You all suck

It's easy to place an order from the app, BUT it doesn't let you preview what the decoration would look like, so ultimately I decided not to spend the extra money on individual cakes as the decoration and ribbon and such that I wanted to add wasn't available to view, so I had no idea what it may look like. If you're trying to give someone something special, you don't want to "hope" this $80 cake comes out correct, ya know?
