App is easy enough to use. Made my selections and was ready to check out only to find there is a $3 'Service Fee' for ordering online. Seriously? Charging users for the privilege of doing the work of placing their order and paying themselves! You can't make this stuff up. Can you say 'cart abandoned' and sale lost.

the crew at the powers store in Colorado springs are exceptionally nice. the store was very clean and my bundlet was delicious plus looked beautiful. it's unfortunate that they are so expensive now. especially when their specialty flavors are impossible to get because they don't have them long and limited amounts. and those are the only ones I want to spend the money on. some of the permanent menu items are yummy. but not enough to warrant spending $8.

I love the option they have where you can create your own bundtinis flavor combinations. The app is very easy to navigate as well. The only thing I see as an issue with the app is trying to find your profile information for "password reset". I have tried for over 30 minutes to reset password to send to my email and nothing ever came to me. I can't even find where to access inside the app to see what my password is actually.
