App is easy enough to use. Made my selections and was ready to check out only to find there is a $3 'Service Fee' for ordering online. Seriously? Charging users for the privilege of doing the work of placing their order and paying themselves! You can't make this stuff up. Can you say 'cart abandoned' and sale lost.

Ever since the last update, the app will not let me log in or view my rewards. I have to physically go into the store for them to look up my points balance. Sucks if you want to use your rewards on an order in the app, because you can't access them. I get the magic link, it connects me to the app, but then goes back to the log in screen if I click on my rewards button. endless loop.

I always end up ordering in person or from the website because there's always something missing or that goes wrong in the app. Birthday reward is never there, options are missing, certain codes or promotions don't work. The app looks all nice and smooth, but then seems to fail when actually going to place an order.
