Sakura - Sony Alpha 7 II Remote

With Sakura you can connect to your Sony Alpha 7 II via Wi-Fi, set exposure parameters, remotely capture photos and videos, and transfer files to your mobile device.

* Features:

- touch focus (set focus via touchscreen)
- autofocus and white balance
- self-timer and continuous shooting
- program shift
- shutter speed, aperture, ISO
- exposure compensation
- custom bulb-timer
- file transfer (JPG, RAW, MP4)

To get an overview of the user interface even without a camera, you can try out the app through the demo mode.

In general, Sakura could also work with other Wi-Fi enabled Sony cameras, but since this is a private, non-commercial project, the resources to fully support other camera models are still limited at the moment. There might be limitations depending on the camera. For example, not every camera model supports RAW image capture.

Please check if your camera runs the latest version of the Smart Remote Control app. Even newly purchased cameras may have an older version pre-installed which only allows limited functionality.

This app implements the Camera Remote API by Sony.
