I recently went to a training for the rational, and they told me to install this app. Major issue with it, is when I click on something to learn, the app won't load YouTube at all. It says "error initializing YouTube player". I thought this was just me, but my Co workers are having the same issue. I'd love to be able to further my knowledge in this product, but the app is useless. I end up just going to YouTube, bypassing the app all together.

The rational combi full size is the way to go. For 40 grand you couldnt get anything better. You guys rock and make kitchen life so much easier. Thanks <3
