Our mission is to grow the community to help people stress less, sleep better, feel happier and enrich the quality of their day to day and overall experience by applying ancient wisdom and practices to the modern day for permanent change.

After many years studying and practicing meditation, energy healing and Chi Kung in Asia under the guidance of some the world's greatest living masters, Burgs' moved back to England to teach at the request of one of his teachers. He has been teaching and healing individuals for the past 20 years. With a clear emphasis on the dynamic relationship between the body and the mind, Burgs teachings starts with the very basics of establishing concentration and mindfulness right through to the process of energetic transformation that opens the door to the very highest states of consciousness.
