banking with hcn has been confusing I'm not included in many decisions regarding my money they block very important deposits that can have adverse results pertaining on my bills with no one from the bank explaining why certain moneys were rejected I've also had 6 debit cards because of this dark web lurking but when this happens I have to inform my auto payments I do such as my monthly insurance bill it is irritating that I'm forced to do this without my consent I have no complaints regarding

I love this bank. They give personal service and actually remember who I am!
