Once you download the app, we ask you some questions that help us determine the breathing practices you need. For everyone, our starting point is to give you a daily practice that teaches you the steps to achieve your most functional day-to-day breathing style. We call this the DAILY BREATH practice. It is an easy 6 minute practice for you to re-pattern poor breathing habits, recondition your breathing anatomy, and establish a more functional way to breathe for your day ahead.
