Ratings and reviews

The app used to be lacking (or were impossible to find) filters for searches and the general look and feel was too minimal. It also lacked listings in comparison to other apps. It has search filters on the subscreen now, however the issue is there are still no new listings being posted, most recent is over a year ago. Would recommend setting expiry dates to encourage users to repost after a month and make the interface on the home screen contain search filters. Will review again at later date.

Editing my review due to the recent upgrade. Since carousel changed to the upgrades to "buy now" feature, "make offer" and "chat" has completely gone missing. You have no option but to buy as is. I raised an issue to CS but they assumed I'm trying to buy things overseas- not true and assuming I'm illiterate with the buying experience. My ratings say otherwise. It was a good place to find pre loved branded items as long as your vigilant and do your research. Now the app is like fast fashion.

Used to be great until the recent update. Had to edit all my listings to enable the buy button. AND after the update, all my listings went from 1k-200 views, down to 10-0 views every day. Nothing has been changed, buy button has been enabled, yet buyers are less likely than ever to see my listings. Very disappointing update to the app and overall experience, I will have to find an alternative platform to sell my used books now.
