I'm not sure what happened, but I can't look at listings outside of my own state, so instead of "All of Malaysia", it's just the listings 1 kilometers near me ? This really disturbs my browsing experience as I like to buy books and collectibles. Please fix this because I've already tried everything from turning off my location to redownloading the app.

Lately, there seem to be many inactive sellers on this platform. Buyers often have to wait a very long time for a response when they're interested in making a purchase or starting a transaction. There is no alternative contact option, such as a phone number or WhatsApp, to reach the seller. Instead, I suggest providing a dedicated contact option that allows buyers to reach sellers more easily, making the buying and selling process faster and more efficient.

Even on listings with buyer protections, you could still get scammed and not out of small amounts. Please deal on this app at your own risk. There are also a lot of counterfeit items on the platform that do not get taken down despite there being laws against it. Fraud is unfortunately common on the platform. Carousell takes minimal to no action against it.
