carousell support in getting back my correct account (had issues finding the right one after the 1 account limit due to changing phones+forgetting account name etc.) was great! was wondering if they have a feature request place but since i can't find one: might be good to add an "overseas until _" feature for sellers incase buyers pay when we're unable to send out items

I'm not sure what happened, but I can't look at listings outside of my own state, so instead of "All of Malaysia", it's just the listings 1 kilometers near me ? This really disturbs my browsing experience as I like to buy books and collectibles. Please fix this because I've already tried everything from turning off my location to redownloading the app.

the app is now smoother to navigate and easier to list compared to the previous version. but i still hate one thing, if the buyer happens to purchase an item using carousel protection. the money will be transferred into your carousel balance. the withdrawal takes eternity to complete, I don't know why. i really need to use money Asap, that's why i use my things. but these things are frustrating me.
