Absolutely useless for what I need it for. I'd say 99% of people will use this app specifically for the activities at the gym. Doesn't allow you to link your account so defeats the purpose of even having the app. Tried to fix this by uninstalling and reinstalling about 100 times and still useless. Even checked with staff at the leisure centre and they couldn't fix it. Tried 3 different phones and exactly the same conclusion. Am considering cancelling my membership as I can't book a class.

Terrible frustrating app to use for leisure. Logging in every time, having to put membership number in for booking a swim. No option to see what classes are in each day, you have to know before you login what you are looking for. Pretty poor for a gaverment app, I'm sure the council could have paid to use an app already operated by a dif Borough

It would be a good idea to have a council app if if actually worked. Just tried to renew my dog licence and after going through a long process I couldn't complete transaction after several attempts. Absolute rubbish soIm going to uninstall!!
