Ratings and reviews

The app immediately starts loading upon opening and takes a lot of time. The login screen also takes too long to appear. My internet connection is very strong, and I have tried on multiple phones but still experience this slowness. It seems to be due to the bank's server. Please look into this and resolve the issue quickly.

The app is good to use. But recently I am experiencing some issue with beneficiary transfer like when I try to transfer money to my Nagad, it says no records found. Then I need to delete the beneficiary and add it again. Even this is not working properly today. Everytime I'm trying to add my mobile wallet it is showing "No records found" again and again. To much irritating for an emergency situation. Please resolve this. Thanks.

Generally good experience from overseas but app is a bit slow. I hope the new update is better... I just downloaded the latest update however since download I am getting a notification that says "No internet connection, looks like you're offline. Please check your internet connection and try again." clearly I am online so there must be some issues / bugs with the new update... can't use the app anymore, moreover the Web base feature to log into citytouch Web portal isn't working either...
