The app works well except for the fact that I'm currently locked out of the app after I got a new phone. I forgot my user name. There's a button for " forgot password" that does nothing when pressed. There is no button for " forgot username" ?? I've tried to click on " forgot password" a dozen times but it does nothing. So I guess I will remain locked out. I could possibly get in with my account number but I don't know what my account number is. Please fix the app.

"Forgot Password" button doesn't do anything, so I guess good luck if you forgot your login. The app works enough to tell your cleaning schedule and some other important information, but only barely. Crazy that what should be the easiest way to communicate turns out to be held together by tape and bubble gum. 2 stars because it does have some useful information, but it could of easily been a web interface. The app is basically a glorified, semi functional web page as it is.

This app has serious user experience issues. These issues are easy to fix. For example, pressing the back button during registration should not erase *everything*. It should go back to the previous page or display a confirmation dialogue before erasing.
