App worked fine on my old phone with regards to notifications the night before, cleaners on the way, and when completed. Now on my new phone (S22 Ultra) notifications do not work at all. Options are verified turned on, notifications are on in the system and I tried disabling and re-enabling the options, tried uninstalling and reinstalling and nothing works. Notifications are broken it seems. Other than that, the app is basic but does what it needs to do and is convenient to have.

Newsletter, FAQ and cleaning tip links are totally broken and do nothing. As others have shared, notifications DO NOT WORK on my Galaxy S22 Ultra; I've uninstalled/reinstalled, ensured notifications are on/ nothing blocked, etc. It would be great to have features like skipping a cleaning, change frequency and ad hoc/special requests. I can see some minor details of my upcoming and past cleanings, manage my payment methods and set automatic tips. App hasn't been updated since Nov 2021 & it shows

App missing reschedule or cancel option. This has happened a few times. I've uninstalled and reinstalled it, ensured it was up-to-date, etc. and it's still missing. There used to be a way to reschedule or cancel a cleaning. It has disappeared from the app. If there continues to be issues with the app, I will cancel the service.
