Problems with order many times. If paying by Momo, the payment is unsuccessful, cash in momo wallet is still deducted. If paying by card, the order is double and cash in card is deducted double too. I had to call to customer services for helping me. So waste lots of time and annoying.

Poorer and poorer day by day. - The app change payment method for delivery & pick-up immediately without any notices to customer. If you don't use neither ZaloPay nor credit cards, you cannot choose delivery & pick-up features with COD anymore. - Promotions are really rare and with low discount percentage. - All the deleted bills are displayed on the main screen of the app. This annoys customers and add no value to the user' experience.

It got much more improved compared to the last version, faster update new drinks, faster ordering online or pick-up at stores, easier to use, but in history we cant found the latest order, but have to find in notification, just small thing but will be even greater to change this.
