will not open, reinstalled a couple of times, updated everything on phone. just reinstalled again and won't open. have not been able to use since April. will have to close bank account since no branch is convenient.

Not very reliable app. The scan check function sometimes works, sometimes doesn't. It almost always gets caught up trying to automatically capture a check picture. Starting yesterday, Dec 12 2023, the app stopped working entirely. Every time I log in, it just crashes. I've tried uninstall/ reinstall and have confirmed that my phone (pixel 6) is fully updated and patched. I haven't submitted a ticket yet, but boy is this frustrating.

This app sucks. I have accounts with several banks and this is by far the worst. The login is beyond buggy, the fingerprint login still requires several levels of 2FA and I regularly get locked out due to travel. Half the app is poorly done links to websites. The navigation is confusing. Viewing statements doesn't work.
