Ratings and reviews

The app has potential, but my experience has been frustrating. After buying the app, I learned that many discounts don’t apply on public holidays — something that should be clearly stated upfront. Delivery tracking is just as frustrating — my order was marked as “delivered” even though it didn’t arrive for more than an hour.And the worst part? Customer support. H.A.P.I. is practically useless. It just stays stuck on “checking agent availability” forever, with no real help or response.

I didn't like the service. The Filipino staff member refused to let me use my ENTERTAINER code myself. She said she couldn't tell me the code and insisted on taking my phone to enter it instead. I wasn't comfortable handing over my phone, so the experience was disappointing.

Important change to subscription validity – please read before buying Be aware that Entertainer subscriptions are now valid only for the calendar year (January to December), regardless of when you purchase or activate. If you buy late August, it will still expire on December 31, so you no longer get a full 12 months.
