I really like the app. The Buy 1 Get 1 offers are useful and easy to use, especially for restaurants and cafés. It helped me save money and plan better when going out or traveling. A good app to have.

I had a disappointing experience using the Entertainer offer for Azure beach. I paid 200 AED expecting 400 AED value for two people based on the offer “buy one get one" fully redeemable and phone confirmation, but after we were already seated inside, we were told it only applies as 200 AED total. Also, I was informed over the phone that parking would be included, but it was not provided, and I had to pay 100 AED per person for parking. The offer details should be communicated more clearly

I have to say I would not be without entertainer ever. The value entertainer brings for my family is great, it a allows us to do alot more with the same budget. I had an issue at an outlet but the entertainer team was very keen to solve it and even showed good will to make up for the hiccup.
