Ratings and reviews

Major issues: - Does not keep a "checked-in" state of attendees. Leads to confusion over who is checked in and who isnt. (Can lead to double check-in of the same ticket.) - Also a problem when trying to determine capacity remaining for door sales. - Event tickets are scanned as valid even if for a different event - List of attendees can only be sorted by first name. (More options would be good, like last name.)

Worthless. This app doesn't tell you anything about the ticket. It just confirms it exists. The is worse than helpful and I regret going with event tickets plus. Edit: they've made changes to the app that make it much better, however, they really need to list the ticket name and not the "ticket ID" in order for this app to be ok.

Not syncing with the list of the attendees, some of them they are not in the list... you can only find them and do the check-in if you search for them manually. Currency its wrong and do not reflect the Currency of the tickets. All the tickets are showed in USD... 🤷
