Terrible app that's turning me off this product and ever recommending it to anyone. Makes it so painful to order seedlings. Don't understand why this hasn't been fixed. The seedlings are incorrectly labeled. The filter doesn't work and the you can't get back to the list. Ruining a great product. If I hadn't spent so much money on the equipment , I would no longer bother.

Edit: customer service is great - hope they improve the app. Original: Just got my products, installed the app and immediately it doesn't work and won't let me sign in, recover my password or anything...downloaded it on ios and same thing. We pay a lot of money for these products and accompanying apps are supposed to support the product...which means it may not function as intended without a functional app.

*When* the app works, it's great. It's user-friendly with an appealing design and great features. The issue is that it continually crashes—to the point that I've had to uninstall and reinstall several times. Lettuce Grow, please fix this huge bug soon. The app should be the easiest part of owning your farmstand, yet it's one of the most frustrating!
