I feel like there should be a free (lite) version, just to track your progress, then the upgraded version should be full of extra content. Right now I feel the subscription is too expensive with not enough to offer. I would use a tracker, gratitude and motivation aspects, but have no use for workouts since I already have a subscription for workouts that is less expensive than this (with thousands of videos).

This app is awesome! There is access to a ton of great workouts for any level and medications as well as regular motivation notifications to come through in the app. And what I think is the most valuable is the ability to do challenges with other people and to track your progress through the five to thrive tracker. You get celebrated every step along the way which really keeps you motivated so that you keep going and you keep making those healthy lifestyle choices.

I LOVE Rachel and almost anything she creates/writes. But this app wasn't as useful to me as I thought it would be. It would be super cool to be able to track water by OZ. vs just checking the box off. Having somewhere to record your workout too would allow for more accountability and interaction through the day vs just when its workout time. Will stick with my start today journal instead. 😇
