I really want this to be good, but when trying to check out, the app is super slow and not very intuitive. Also, when performing 2 factor authentication, if you leave the app to get your code in email, it resets, which is probably the most irritating thing ever,meaning you have to be next to another device to get the code and authenticate. A few simple enhancements could really make for a much easier user experience. I've given up several times to hop over to Amazon out of frustration....

The biggest issues I have with this app is when ordering, canceling or tracking orders of any kind. The system is not very intuitive and is difficult to use. In many cases when searching for orders the system will lock up. Some of these problems extend to web-based systems as well. Leading me to believe that the issue may be with the Home Depot servers in general versus app specific.

Won't open!! Hasn't worked in months. Reboot the phone, uninstall/reinstall -- nothing helps. Why aren't they fixing this? Clearly, it's been an issue for quite some time, judging from the other comments. Get with it, HD. The world is moving to more and more tech, thx to Covid. You're getting left in the dust.
