I love using the Look fantastic app.... too much!!! The app notifies me of sales, current & upcoming, and allows me to see coupons & specials that you don't normally see on the website unless you specifically hunt for them. It's easy to use, shows prices in dollars- not UK or EU denominations-and the app automatically adds gifts with purchase to your cart without me having to remember or copy/paste discount codes. The only drawback is my checking account balance after shopping, lol!

When you click on anything in favourites, you can't go back to all your favourites. The screen stays on that one item. When I log in, my basket is empty. Even though I have items in it, I then log in online, and the items are in my basket. I know use the website as this app is poor. I love look fantastic, get the subscription boxes and have the advent calendar (thanks to my lovely husband!) And I shop regularly from the site, Look Fantastic.. DO BETTER! We deserve better!!!

Downloaded app to save money from my usual Web browser. Items in basket gone. Restarted phone incase, twice, but its the app. Oh well, I was going to get 20% off my first app order but I've saved a lot more as I can't order. Going to a different company for my stuff. Disappointed
