I love The Infatuation, and they fixed the app! I am a HUGE fan of their website, it's always the first place I go for restaurant reviews. Highly trusted resource, very cleverly written. Was bummed there was only an iPhone app for awhile so I was really excited when this came out. App had a glitch for a few months so I gave it a bad review...but I am happy to report that it's been fixed! So now I can resume checking it daily
I like the reviews but hasnt updated past june 10th, i reinstalled and recent reviews showed up for 1 day but now again it's reverted to nothing past june 10th, not worth using until this is fixed
Doesn't work Hasn't downloaded content 2/14 - Hey, just checked again, it still didn't download the new content (I have up until September 2015). Using an HTC M8 one
Like Yelp, but useful As much as I like Yelp, I've always found the user reviews basically worthless. I was pleased to find an alternative with reviews that I can plagiarize on first dates to sound witty and funny. App works great and unlike Yelp, I GREATLY appreciate being able to use it when I don't have a signal (e.g., in the subway).
Trust them for your tummy The Infatuation is everything when I'm NYC. Glad to see it's made its way to android. Now I just need some Boston love!
Like Yelp, but trustworthy Pros: Good, useful reviews. Good distribution of locations (in NYC at least). Easy to use and stable. Cons: App developer did not immediately know Richard Kind by name when he saw him one time.
