About this app

The Market Robo Customer app brings your customer account to your phone. New users can create an account in the app: sign up with email and password, enter your name, accept the required legal checkboxes, and finish any email verification step the service sends you. Returning users sign in with email and password or with supported social sign-in. Password reset is available from the sign-in flow when you need it.
The Dashboard is the first stop after login. It summarizes balances and financial overview, trading performance metrics, charts and gauges where your data supports them, quick access to active sessions, a slice of your licenses, recent orders, and your latest support activity so you can see what matters without digging through every screen.
Licenses is a dedicated list of everything issued to your profile. Filter by status such as active, inactive, or items that are close to expiring, sort by end date or other fields, and open any row for the full license page. There you can read robot version details, review performance metrics tied to that license, see linked session history, and use features like API key handling when your entitlement allows.
Sessions is built for deep inspection of each robot run. The list supports filters for status, time ranges, license, robot type, currency, and more, plus sorting and pull to refresh. Inside a session you will find configuration sections, symbol lists, reporting blocks, static and dynamic readouts, and any open configuration change requests so you can track what changed and what is still pending.
Orders combines purchase history and payment records in one hub. Tabs separate orders from payments; lists load with paging as you scroll, and individual entries open for line-level detail.
Support is fully in-app. Start a ticket with a title, description, category, and priority, attach screenshots or documents when that helps explain the issue, and read the full conversation thread on tickets you already opened. You can send follow-up messages until the ticket is closed.
From the menu you can open your profile, adjust account settings where the app exposes them such as general preferences, password, or email changes, and jump back to orders or support. Required legal agreements for signup are readable inside the app.
The mobile navigation focuses on account management: dashboard, licenses, sessions, orders, and support. Content and actions always depend on your plan and server-side permissions; if a list is empty, it usually means nothing exists yet for that filter.
The app needs a network connection for sign-in, lists, and live figures. For security, your login session can expire; you will be asked to sign in again when your tokens are no longer valid.

Social sign-in buttons appear on the sign-in and sign-up screens when your build enables them. Use the same legal acceptance flow as email registration before the provider completes the link.
Dashboard and list screens support pull to refresh on supported devices so you can reload balances, tickets, and roster data after you know something changed on the server.
