Back In Shape is the world’s first fitness app developed with your back health in mind, suitable for people who have suffered with back pain in the past. Created by the spinal experts at The Mayfair Clinic in London, U.K, Back In Shape combines expert commentary and instruction from our clinical team with progressive workouts. You will carefully be guided on how to complete your Back In Shape workouts, and recommended specific exercises to strengthen your back and core muscles, without risking injury.

Inside the app, you’ll be able to choose from a variety of goals to suit your workout desires. Our ‘basic’ Back in Shape workout can recommend exercises and stretches to get your back out of a crisis, suitable for regular back pain sufferers. We also have more advanced workouts that will help you to get Back in Shape in a back-friendly way - whatever your workout goals are, you’ll be able to find something for you.

With our workout app, we structure your workouts to safely and effectively fast track your recovery, whilst getting you back in shape too!

The workouts provide home-based exercises that can be advanced further using exercise-bands, for even better results. Each back in shape workout lasts between 20-30 minutes and should be incorporated 3-4 times a week for best results. Workouts are logged so you can easily and visually measure your progress.

New workouts will be regularly added to the app to help you on your fitness journey, all designed by our team of spinal experts at The Mayfair Clinic.

This update includes custom pages that can now be added to the drawer menu and optimization of push notification destination links.

You can now update handling of birthday setting and view quick log function with suggestions. You can also see that workouts logged offline will be uploaded when the data connection is restored!
