The app works fine, but as someone with major phone anxiety I'm very frustrated that the app requires you to call the restaurant when you arrive if you want curbside pickup

It is frustrating that when standing in line at The Melt you can not order on the application on your phone unless paying by credit/debit card. I was paying with cash.

Food is delicious! Now... Customer service on the other hand... Hella ghetto.. rude. Constant change in leadership and worse and worse choices in leadership continues. Staff curses at customers. Stereotypes patrons if they don't look the part. Smh at the fifth street market location. The app allows you to make combos but the in store doesn't.
